CANCELLATION POLICY
I completely understand things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule please get in touch with me through text - 931-797-3464. I am very understanding please just reach out! NO SHOWS POLICY Reminder texts are sent upon booking, 3 days prior, as well as 24 hours before your appointment. If a client does not show up to their appointment, they will be charged 50% of that appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY If a client cancels within 48 hours of their appointment, they will be charged 50% of their appointment. LATE POLICY If you are 10 min+ late, I will have to cancel your appointment because I will not have enough time to complete the services depending if I have a client after you and depending on how long solutions and products have to sit to process. This also falls into the cancellation policy. By booking you accept this policy.
